How health is scored

Each item scores 100% until it's due. After that it drops steadily and reaches 0% once it's a full interval overdue (a weekly task a week late, a yearly task a year late). Items you've never logged score 0%, so logging the last time you did them is the quickest way to raise a score. A category's health is the average of its items.
